The company management says that the introduction of energy saving technologies will enable the inhabitants of the region the number of undeniable advantages: improvement of energy supply without harm to the environment and 400 new jobs. In addition, a relatively small capacity power generation complexes will connect them to the existing substations without serious reconstruction last, say the Israelis. In the opinion of the Deputy Governor Valery matkovskiy, on project implementation may take years, but he will pay off quickly.
