Today we will consider the main reasons why you may lose power, and which, respectively, can hinder you in achieving your goals.
The first culprit our loss of strength and energy is stress.
Most often stress is caused by fears that events will not go as we had planned, or any other concerns. When we are under stress, it leads to high adrenaline-producing our body.
If this process of overproduction of adrenaline takes too long, we are very tired. There is a sensation, as if someone sucked out of us all the energy.
If your activity is connected with a high amount of stress, you need some way to balance it. Either way, you need to take your stress under control, because stress is the main energy vampire.
The next reason of the breakdown is overweight.
At the average person, the length of the blood vessels is approximately 60 km per excess of 5 kg weight, your body needs additional 7 km vessels which need to drive blood!
All the organs of your body have to work harder with excess weight, and it leads to loss of strength.
The next cause of the loss of energy is indecision, anxiety, agitation, inability to decide on some issue.
The need to think about the unresolved issue of you sucking huge amount of energy. The state of indecision like the state of war between the two hemispheres of your brain. They seem to fight amongst themselves: left... no, right, left... no... no, right...
When, in the end, you decide, there is a feeling of inner peace, and together with it there is a lot of energy. This is because indecision acts as a plug for your energy channels.
And once you make a decision, whether correct or not, the energy begins to flow freely.
Training skills of decision-making is one of the ways to get back your energy. Setting clear goals, create plans for achieving these goals, and, accordingly, the achievement of these goals, whether small or large, you will create confidence and will give you a lot of energy.
The next reason from our list is the lack of sleep.
You can say that you have some sort of internal batteries and can be recharged only the required amount of sleep. This is similar to your cell phone.
Imagine that you connect it to the charger and charge. But you urgently need to go somewhere, you shoot it with a charge and take with you. But after five minutes of conversation he turns off. You think: "What happened? I charged it". Yes, it was charged, but not completely. You just have to charge it a little bit, but not brought to a full charge.
The same thing happens with the lack of sleep. If you got it happens all the time, your energy will undoubtedly be in a deplorable condition.
