Ancient trireme V century B.C. was found at the bottom of the Black sea. According to archeologists, it is the most ancient of all found in this region ships. Who belonged to an ancient ship, the experts were able to establish due to the large number of amphoras, surviving on the Board.

The age of the vehicle was determined by the ceramics of the ancient amphorae, which remained on Board the ship in large quantities, which are Chios type fifth century BC, according to the head of the fifth deep underwater archeological expedition of the "Coast of the Gods" Sergei Voronov.

Every year Ukrainian archeologists find dozens of ancient ships, but most of them have already been plundered.

Location of the detected trireme not disclosed, but it is known, it is in the coastal area of the Northern black sea.

According to representatives of the center in the bottom of the Black and Azov seas were found over 2500 sunken ships and 24 underwater city. All these objects have a high value in scientific terms, and also involves representatives of the "black market".
