In 1920-1930-ies more than 20 people who were related to the opening of the tomb of Tutankhamun in Luxor, died under very strange circumstances. This gave rise to the famous legend about the "curse of the pharaohs". More recently, however, historian mark Beynon put forward a sensational hypothesis - all the victims were killed by the leader of Satanists by Aleister Crowley!

In November 1922 in Egypt went archeological expedition headed by the British George Carnarvon and Howard Carter. They opened and investigated the tomb of the great Pharaoh Tutankhamun.

Lord Carnarvon died April 6, 1923 against infection with blood: he was stung on the cheek mosquito. Within just a few months after his death died for different reasons some people, who visited the tomb of Tutankhamen or relate to its content.

So, Aubrey Herbert, half brother of Lord Carnarvon, soon after a trip to Luxor died of blood poisoning after a visit to the dentist... Former curator of Egyptian and Assyrian antiquities at the British Museum of sir Ernest badge was found dead in his own bedroom... Egyptian Prince Ali FARMI Bey, after he was photographed in the tomb of Tutankhamun, had been shot in the hotel "Savoy" own wife Marie-Marguerite...

In 1929 personal Secretary Carter Richard Bethel was found strangled in the elite club in Mayfair.

Edgar Steele, the employee of the British Museum, engaged in archaeological finds from the tomb of Tutankhamun, died in 1930, transferring simple operation on the stomach.

From "unknown rush died archaeologist Archibald Reid, who was going to conduct a survey of one of the mummies, x-ray, and Egyptologist Arthur Weigall. Total of 21 people who were related to the expedition Carter, prematurely gone from the life.

Recently in the hands of the British scientist Mark Beynon got unpublished documents, among which were the materials of the coroner's inquests and diaries,

articles and books famous at the beginning of the last century Satanist Aleister Crowley. From them follows, that Crowley was worshipped by the ancient Egyptian God of the Mountain, and regarded the opening of the tombs of sacrilege.

Aleister Crowley (real name Edward Alexander Crowley) was born on October 12, 1875 in Leamington Spa, County of Warwickshire, England. In 1895 he went to Cambridge University, where he studied philosophy, psychology and Economics, and then began to study English literature.

In parallel, the young man became fascinated with the occult and mysticism, began to study the works of magic and alchemy. Later, he began the practice of the ancient Egyptian rituals, in particular, allegedly came into contact with the spirit of God Horus, who declared him to be his prophet.

First Crowley has developed a new religious doctrine, known as Thelema ("will"). In 1920 he went to Sicily, where he founded "Teletskoe Abbey", which was a kind of commune, the members of which indulged promiscuous sex, taking drugs and doing black magic.

After one of the members of the commune, 23-year-old Raul Lauda, died, poisoned during the ritual cat's blood, the police sent Crowley and his followers from Sicily. The rest of my life Crowley spent in travel, everywhere preached his magical doctrine, wrote many books on the subject...

In his book "the Curse of London: murder, black magic and Tutankhamen in the West end of the 1920-ies" mark Beynon writes that Aleister Crowley imitated elusive Jack the Ripper, only he revenged London prostitutes, and Crowley - archaeologists, skrivaren ancient Egyptian tombs. According to Banana, death of Raoul Laudey was not accidental: he was poisoned at the very hour when Carter opened the pyramid of king Tutankhamun (this was widely reported in the press in advance). Apparently, Laudea sacrificed.

As reported by Beynon, Marie-Marguerite, the wife of Ali Fermi-Bey, had been the mistress Crowley and could commit the murder of her husband by his order. She also he attributes the death Aubrey Herbert. All in all, as said historian, Crawley and his henchmen killed in different ways at least seven people.

Although Crowley not explicitly mentions his involvement in the deaths of archaeologists and other persons in relation to the treasures from the tomb of Tutankhamun, Beynon finds hints of it. In particular, Crowley wrote in his diary that the five murders once Jack the Ripper, form a pentagram. According to Banana, where they found their death of the victim "curse of the pharaohs", also form a pentagram.

In favor of the version of Banana is the fact that not all "grave robbers" condemned "the curse". So, the Howard Carter lived until 1939, and his death was natural. Did not reflect the curse and for the next few helpers Carter. And the doctor Derry, who conducted the examination of the mummy of Tutankhamun, lived to the age of 88.
