Employees of the Institute of renewable energy in Germany stated that the amount of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere has broken all records. Statistics shows that their number in comparison with 2011 increased by 2.5 percent. Also for comparison, we can take the data 1900, according to which the total volume of harmful emissions in the atmosphere has increased in 2 times. It should be noted that more than 25% of all pollution comes from China. For example, emissions of the USA in two times less than in China.

Russia also is in the TOP 10 by number of releases of chemicals into the atmosphere, but also as France, the UK and Germany, at the moment there is quite a dramatic reduction.

Today representatives of the European Commission suggests that there is a possibility of cancellation of environmental tax on airline for emissions of greenhouse gases. This statement was made by the European Commissioner for climate. The consideration of this issue can be postponed for autumn 2013. Some experts say that next year can be accepted the decision on introduction of the tax on the national level.
